We’re moving! Verbruggen opens a new chapter with a future-ready headquarters

As of September 1st, 2025, Verbruggen Palletizing Solutions will relocate to a brand-new, purpose-built headquarter alongside the A6 highway in Emmeloord, the Netherlands.
This marks an important milestone in the company’s more than 30-year history, following continued international growth, technological development, and long-term vision.

The new facility will bring all operations under one roof, replacing the company’s current locations spread across multiple buildings. By consolidating departments and teams, Verbruggen aims to strengthen collaboration and streamline its internal processes. “This move is not just about space—it’s about how we want to grow as an organization,” says Maarten Verbruggen, Managing Director. “We’re building an environment that supports our people and ambitions well into the future.”

Future ready

The new building spans over a footprint of 15,000 square meters and has been designed to meet the latest standards for sustainability and efficiency. It will be gas-free, constructed using circular materials, and partially powered by solar energy. “We’ve made deliberate choices around sustainability and energy use,” Verbruggen explains.
“It’s about being ready for the future—and taking responsibility in how we get there.” The location along the A6 ensures both high visibility and excellent accessibility for employees, partners, and international visitors.

Official Opening

The official opening of the new headquarters will take place on September 25th and 26th, 2025. The two-day event will mark a celebratory moment for the company, which has grown into a globally leading player in end-of-line solutions. “This milestone is the result of years of dedication from our team and the trust of our partners,” Verbruggen notes.
“We’re excited to continue our journey from this new location.”
