The equipment for your palletizing solution will be engineered.
Your order will be entered into our production system and we will purchase all needed parts after engineering has been completed for your Verbruggen Palletizing Solution.

Ordering Parts
Our Responsibilities:
Once all components have been delivered, we will start assembly of your Verbruggen Palletizing Solution.
Preparation of project specific software will be started.
Your Responsibilities:
Please make sure that requirements for unloading and installation are arranged timely.
Assembly & Testing
Our Responsibilities:
Assembly of all components for your equipment will be started. Each component will be specifically tested on functionality.
Next we will put the entire configuration together according layout, and program according to data submission.
The equipment will be entirely tested according to our test protocols.
Your Responsibilities:
Please make sure that requirements for unloading and installation are arranged timely.
Shipping
Our Responsibilities:
Your equipment is entirely programmed and tested. We will disassemble the equipment and prepare for shipment.
The goods will be delivered to your production location according to the agreed delivery terms and conditions. We will contact you soon to schedule the installation and commissioning of your equipment.
Your Responsibilities:
We kindly remind you to arrange payment according to the agreed payment conditions.

Installation & Commissioning
Our Responsibilities:
We will start installation, testing and finetuning according to the agreed layout configuration and project specific data.
Machine operators will be trained on operation, safety and troubleshooting of the equipment.
Your Responsibilities:
Arrange power and air drop, and internet connection prior to start of installation. Test product to be provided according installation schedule.
Provide a forklift including driver with a lift capacity of 4000 kg, lifting height of 4000 mm, and fork extensions of 2500 mm.
Please note your legal obligation to sign our (provisional) Acceptance Certificate, before you start running the equipment.
After installation and commissioning has been completed to your satisfaction, we kindly request you to arrange payment according to the agreed payment conditions
