VPM-BL – Compact and Flexible Palletizer for Boxes and Crates
The VPM-BL is a compact palletizing machine for boxes and crates based on the sliding principle. Thanks to its versatile design, the machine is able to process various product sizes and stacks quickly and consistently. The VPM-BL is equipped innovative technology as standard and can be fitted with an optional automatic pallet support system, transforming semi-automatic operations into fully automated solutions – perfect for maximizing efficiency while saving space.
Products are fed in by the stable conveyors with automatic product buffering. Once the VPM-ACP’s turn unit and sliding arm positions products right where they need to be, the horizontal formation doors place every layer precisely on the pallet. The four-sided, closed collar ensures each stack has a flawless finish. The machine includes a user-friendly touchscreen and intelligent software. With remote access technology, our service team can provide immediate support from anywhere.
