Verbruggen Palletizing Solutions Acquires Thomech B.V.
Expanding Our End of Line Solutions With Thomech
As of January 1, 2026, we will fully integrate the activities and products of Thomech B.V. (Stiens) into our organization.
Thomech develops and manufactures systems for weighing, bagging, and closing agricultural products. By adding these solutions to our portfolio, we strengthen our position in the fresh produce market and offer our customers worldwide a complete package – from weighing and packaging to palletizing.
Expanding Our Portfolio
The Thomech product lines will become part of our Verbruggen End of Line Solutions, including:

Bag Hanger ZOH 10-50 – fully automatic bag-hanging system

Sewing Line NS10-50 – semi-automatic system for closing bags

Weigher AWU 10-50 – fully automatic weighing solution
Together with the Thomech team and founder Thomas Bouma, who will remain involved in the transition, we are taking an important step forward in our international growth.
