A New Standard in Palletizing

The new Verbruggen topframe is the result of years of development, extensive testing and close cooperation between engineering, production and service teams.
Built on proven technology, this next generation topframe is designed to meet the demands of modern palletizing applications, including high-speed, high-throughput and food-related environments.

Designed with a Clear Focus

The topframe has been fundamentally redesigned around a robust, unified frame architecture, combined with multiple manipulator and collar configurations. This structural approach ensures consistent mechanical performance, predictable behavior under load, and a high level of reliability across different applications.

By standardizing the core structure, every topframe benefits from the same high design and testing standards, resulting in a stable and proven foundation for demanding palletizing environments.

Externally, the improvements are immediately visible.
The new topframe features a more compact and streamlined design, reducing its footprint and allowing it to integrate seamlessly into modern factory layouts and complete end-of-line solutions.

Clear Communication and Control

A key visual element of the new topframe is the integrated V-shaped status light. The status light uses distinct colors and animations to provide immediate insight into the machine’s condition:

  •  White (running light, moving from bottom to top)
Indicates that the system is starting up and not yet connected to the HMI.
  •  Yellow (fully illuminated)
Signals a machine safety issue that requires attention.
  •  Red (steady)
Indicates an alarm condition, but no active fault has occurred yet.
  •  Red (flashing)
Indicates an active alarm and a fault condition that has stopped the machine.
  •  Green (automatic mode)
The machine is running in automatic operation. The illuminated segments reflect the number of products currently placed on the pallet.
  •  Green (manual mode)
The machine is in manual operation and fully ready.
  •  Blue
Indicates that the machine is ready for use, but a message is present. There is no fault, however another part of the line or system may require attention.

By clearly distinguishing between these states, the status light provides operators with immediate, unambiguous feedback, enabling faster response, improved safety and better overall control of the palletizing process.

Built to Grow with Your Operation

With modular upgrades and software-based scalability, the new topframe is designed as a future-ready platform. It allows customers to adapt and grow their palletizing setup over time, while maintaining performance, stability and reliability.
