What is a Spare Parts Kit?

A Spare Parts Kit is a carefully assembled set containing the most commonly failure-prone components for a specific machine. These typically include sensors, cables, valves, and small mechanical parts — components that customers can usually replace themselves without the need for extensive technical support.
Each kit is tailored to a specific machine type, ensuring customers always have the right parts on hand.

Spare Parts Kits are used by customers worldwide. Especially for companies with continuous production processes that cannot always wait for service support or spare part deliveries, these kits offer significant benefits. Keeping a Spare Parts Kit in stock often allows a malfunction to be resolved immediately, minimizing costly downtime.

From Standard to Machine-Specific

In the past, Verbruggen offered three standard spare parts kits. While this provided a solid basic service, experience showed that these kits often contained parts that were not relevant to a customer’s specific machine.
This led to a new approach: machine-specific Spare Parts Kits. No unnecessary components—only the parts that truly matter for that particular installation.

No Obligation, Added Peace of Mind

The Spare Parts Kit is not supplied as standard with a machine. Customers can decide for themselves whether they want this additional level of security. The After Sales team advises which kit best fits the machine and clearly explains the benefits.

When parts from the kit have been used, customers can choose to:

  • Re-order individual spare parts; or
  • Purchase a complete new kit.
