The Field Optics Research ProMax Ultra FT6841C Professional Carbon Fiber Tripod integrates many useful features that make it highly competitive with other professional tripods. It's 8-layer carbon fiber legs make it maximally rigid and shock-absorbing to keep your camera and/or optics stable when mounted. This tripod features a vast range of shooting heights from as high as 68.58" to as low as 4.92", accommodating a large variety of viewing positions and stances. With a 77 lbs load capacity, good luck finding a scope or lens that the ProMax Ultra FT6841C can't support! One of the legs is foam-wrapped and can be removed to function as a walking stick or monopod! The feet are adjustable with 3/8-16 thread with the rubber foot being standard. Optional spiked feet are also available. Tripod legs are fully reversible to achieve the minimum folded length of 23.23. To minimize folded length for portability, the center column is 2-segmented.
