Authorized Service Partner (ASEP)    VPS​

  1. Installs VPS machines in a designated area + segment; after authorized training at VPS HQ;​
  2. Handles service requirements of running machines in a designated area + segment;​
  3. Provides installation, service and warranty on VPS machines outside its designated area + segment on request;​
  4. Uses VPS genuine parts for service and repairs;​
  5. Handles warranty cases for newly installed machines;​
  6. Takes part in training provided by VPS;​
  7. Is an ambassador of the Verbruggen brand.​

VPS    ​Authorized Service Partner (ASEP)

  1. Provides technical support to the ASEP to ensure the right technical support to users of Verbruggen Palletizers;​
  2. Provides official training on-site at VPS headquarters in the Netherlands;​
  3. Provides software training and online access to control system;​
  4. Provides an online training program;​
  5. Provides a discount on all parts bought from VPS (as outlined in service agreement);​
  6. Included the ASEP on the VPS corporate website in partner overview;​
  7. Provides a labour rate as outlined in service agreement for (assisting in) installation of machines and warranty cases;​
  8. Offers 2% commission on new machines sold in the area of the ASEP (details on commission as in agreement).​
  9. Offers and maintains the agreement with the ASEP​

Authorized Sales Partner (ASAP)    VPS​

  1. Actively approaches potential VPS customers and provides regular updates of outstanding leads and deals to VPS area sales manager;​
  2. Has multiple salespersons ‘on the road’;​
  3. Sells equipment which is complementary to the VPS machines;​
  4. Provides detailed layout requests to VPS to prepare quotations;​
  5. Is able to do all negotiations (based on VPS offer) with the end customer and is responsible for invoicing and collecting payments;​
  6. Follows-up leads provided by VPS from website visits or otherwise;​
  7. Realizes minimum sales level;​
  8. Cooperates with the ASEP in the designated area + segment;​
  9. Actively promotes VPS equipment; online through the partner’s website and by visiting/attending exhibitions relevant for the ASAP’s sales segment.​

VPS    ​Authorized Sales Partner (ASAP)

  1. Provides technical and sales support to secure deals;​
  2. Provides15% discount on global price list (discount applies only to the machine, not on shipment and installation fees);​
  3. Provides 2% commission on direct sales by VPS within the ASAP’s area;​
  4. Forwards incoming leads through VPS website to ASAP for follow-up;​
  5. Includes ASAP on VPS corporate website in partner overview;​
  6. Provides regular meetings and visits by VPS Area Sales Manager to ASAP;​
  7. Provides attractive additional bonus program;​
  8. Provides marketing support;​
  9. Offers sole or non-exclusive distributor agreement (designated area + segment’s)​

Authorized Sales and Service Partner (ASSP)    VPS​

  1. Multiple salespersons ‘on the road’;​
  2. VPS machines are complementary to the other equipment sold by the ASSP in the agreed segment(s);​
  3. Actively approach potential VPS customers and provide regular updates of outstanding leads and deals to VPS area sales manager;​
  4. Provide detailed layout requests to VPS to set-up detailed quotations;​
  5. Being able to do all negotiations (based on VPS offer) with the end customer responsible for invoicing and collecting payments.​
  6. Follow-up leads provided by VPS from website visits or otherwise;​
  7. Expected minimum sales as agreed upon in the agreement;​
  8. Cooperate with a (possible) independent ASEP in the designated area + segment;​
  9. Active marketing and promotion of VPS equipment; online through the partner’s website and by visiting/attending exhibitions relevant to the ASSP’s sales segment.​
  10. Being an ambassador of the Verbruggen brand.​
  11. ASSP should be able to install VPS machines in a designated area + segment; after authorized training at VPS HQ;​
  12. Handle service requirements of running machines in a designated area + segment;​
  13. On request providing installation, service and warranty on VPS machines outside its designated area + segment;​
  14. Use VPS genuine parts for service and repairs;​
  15. Keep local stock of parts for repairs and warranty cases;​
  16. Handling warranty cases for newly installed machines.​

VPS    Authorized Sales and Service Partner (ASSP)

  1. Technical and sales support to secure deals;​
  2. 20% discount on global price list (discount applies only to the machine, not on shipment and installation fees);​
  3. In case of direct sales by VPS within the ASSP’s area, 4% commission (on machine) will be paid out to ASSP;​
  4. Incoming leads through VPS website will be forwarded to partner for follow-up;​
  5. ASSP will be included on VPS corporate website in partner overview;​
  6. Regular meetings and visits from VPS area sales manager;​
  7. Attractive additional bonus program;​
  8. Cooperative Marketing support as outlined in agreement;​
  9. VPS offer Sole or non-exclusive distributor agreement + service agreement in designated area + segment(s)​
  10. Additional discounts on VPS genuine spare parts as agreed in service agreement;​
  11. Regular visit of VPS technician for training and service support;​
  12. Software training and online access to control system​
  13. Technical support to the ASP to ensure the right technical support to users of Verbruggen Palletizers;​
  14. Official training on-site at VPS headquarters in the Netherlands;​
  15. VPS provides online training program.​
